pay attention closey, wen he leaves 4 25 mins, notice how the towels are wrapped diferently than wen he left. he shouldnt have any reason to touch it while waiting. then wen he pulls it out, there r only 2 red lights, and that just means that all your cables r not connected.

yea MELT when you overheat it, it melts more than the brackets, and you have to redo the methd over and over agine, I sent mine, back and they called and said it should be in by tonight, I sent it away a week ago, and it will work, they extended the warrenty to 3 years so its free, and they promiss a free one month gold ember card, also this method is for people who whine and cry and so they look up merical methods so they can get there poor poor life back in order, just send it back thats smart

what u do with the towel trick is melt 2 broken bracketes inside the 360 back together, when they brake u get 3 red lights. oh and id rather do this then send it in for $100 and wait 2 weeks for one that might not even work.
